How to Record a Professional Voicemail Greeting in 5 Minutes

A polished voicemail greeting shows clients you value their time. Here’s a quick workflow you can run entirely inside TextToHear.

1. Outline the essentials

Every greeting needs your business name, availability, and a clear callback expectation. Jot these down before scripting.

2. Draft the copy
