How to Record a Professional Voicemail Greeting in 5 Minutes
A polished voicemail greeting shows clients you value their time. Here’s a quick workflow you can run entirely inside TextToHear.
1. Outline the essentials
Every greeting needs your business name, availability, and a clear callback expectation. Jot these down before scripting.
2. Draft the copy
Open the AI script writer and enter a prompt like: “Professional but friendly voicemail for Softiya Consulting, available 9–5 EST, call back within one business day.” Review and tweak the copy it produces.
3. Generate the audio
Paste the script into the TextToHear generator, choose a warm voice, select MP3, and click Generate Audio. Preview the result; regenerate if you want a different tone.
4. Download and upload
Click Download MP3 and upload it to your carrier (Google Voice, RingCentral, Dialpad, etc.). Most platforms let you drag-and-drop or email the file to yourself first.
5. Set reminders for updates
Save the script inside TextToHear so you can refresh it for holidays, vacations, or new promotions in seconds.
Need to create yours right now?
